Innovative stormwater collection and exfiltration systems allow the trees, buildings, cars, and pedestrians to happily co-exist. Nestled between an old railroad spur, an expressway embankment, and a major urban one-way thoroughfare, the site was squeezed for space. Now it rings true to the term office/park, and it continues to be home for some of the largest grand oaks in urban Tampa.
