Tampa Bay Village
Developing in an urban setting presents some special challenges, such as the price of land and how to get the most from that investment. CEI was both civil and structural engineers for this project, balancing building area, parking, ponds, and utilities—to maximize floor area and at the same time to protect the many grand trees already on the site.
