Centro Asturiano
Structural design for a 200 unit, 3-story adult living apartment complex located in the City of Tampa. The structural system consists of exterior wood frame walls with pre-engineered wood floor and roof trusses. This project also consisted of the repair and rehabilitation of a historic neighborhood hospital which was converted to a clubhouse.
