Townhomes of Harbor Oaks
Structural design for a 45 unit, 3-story residential townhome development located in the City of Clearwater. The structural system consists of exterior masonry wall construction with pre-engineered wood floor and roof trusses. Also, the structural design for 100 linear feet of six-foot high cast-in-place stormwater retention pond walls.
